The specific research questions are: A) What is the pattern of atrophy and cognitive profile of APOE e2 carriers vs. non-carriers in AD, MCI and controls? B) Do APOE e2 carriers have a specific symptom profile compared with non-carriers in MCI and AD? C) What is the change in brain volume and cognitive scores of APOE e2 carriers vs. non-carriers in AD, MCI and controls?
